Ellos Holding AB (publ) (the “Company”) has discovered an error in the Company’s year-end report for the period January–December 2025, which was announced earlier today. The incorrect information is found on page 5 of the report which states that “The Group has restricted bank funds amounting to SEK 176.6 million, which are not included in the item cash and cash equivalents”. As is evident from other parts of the report, the restricted bank funds have been released and repaid during the period, and the sentence shall rightfully be deleted.
A corrected version of the year-end report in which the sentence has been deleted is attached to this press release and is also available at www.ellosgroup.com.
