Ellos Group has an extensive portfolio of own and external brands that are sold via our own self-developed platform and on external marketplaces. Our business model is based on a common and scalable e-commerce platform which is one of the most inspiring on the market and which has enabled expansion in further markets in Europe.
Our teams work daily to ensure that we have fast, user-friendly and inspiring e-commerce sites. In our IT department, we have done major development projects in recent years with a focus on innovation and customer experience. Focus is also on developing and streamlining internal processes.
Logistics
Logistics is an important core function and something we have chosen to manage ourselves for several years. Ellos Group is in an exciting expansion phase where we are investing to increase our sales in the Nordic region and in new markets in Europe. This means that our logistics teams are working daily to ensure that we have the best solutions to meet customers' expectations in terms of service offering, sustainability and fast product delivery. In 2021, we made a major investment by expanding our logistics center at Viared with an additional 20,000 sqm.
Assortment and sourcing
Ellos, Jotex and Homeroom have their own functions for product development that focus on developing attractive offers for our customers. Each brand has its own unique identity and target group. Each brand designs their own collections, with designs and preferences adapted to the customer. Through a design system, we strive to have as efficient and sustainable processes as possible to meet customer needs, without compromising on quality or safety.
The teams at Ellos, Jotex and Homeroom purchase products for our three e-commerce sites via a centralized purchasing function. Coordinated purchases can then be made through selected agents, importers and manufacturers in different geographies around the world. With coordinated purchasing, Ellos Group is in a better position to ensure that suppliers meet the requirements for conducting their business responsibly.
Marketing
Digital marketing, social media and traditional marketing are key channels for Ellos Group. Our good customer dialogue has always been central in all marketing and every day we welcome new customers to Ellos Group's e-commerce sites. Our marketing teams develop and run creative campaigns with a focus on collaborations and influencers. The campaigns have a strong focal point on our values about women's rights, gender equality and sustainability.
Head office
Ellos Group's head office is located in Viared outside Borås in Sweden. Our teams for Ellos, Jotex, Homeroom and Elpy and all group functions within the Group (Finance, HR, Sustainability, Operations, IT, Logistics, Customer center, Sourcing and Business development) are based in our head office.
Advanced Group Analytics
Ellos Group is at the forefront of technical development in e-commerce with leading e-commerce sites. Our team within Advanced Group Analytics works with data analysis for all functions within Ellos Group. The team analyzes and ensures that the right information is available for the entire company to improve decision-making, as well as the shopping experience and dialogue with customers.
