I started working at Ellos Group in 2009 and today work as Business Area Manager for the Ellos Home and Complementary divisions. Together with my team, I work to develop the most interesting and commercially sound home furnishings range possible.
The best thing about Ellos Group is all the great colleagues. The work is very stimulating and forward-looking, and everyone gets to have a say in how it should operate. It's also great to work with home furnishings, which is a major interest of mine.
I work as a coordinator at the VIB warehouse. The role includes managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring that production runs smoothly and that we have the right people in place.

I have been at Ellos Group for a little over a year and a half now, and the position has felt right from the start. Previously, I have worked in marketing and retail, and also have a background as a visual merchandiser. I started working at Ellos Group in June 2021, just after graduating from Chalmers University of Technology with an MSc in supply chain management. In my role, I work on improving the quality of our supply chain. This can be anything from avoiding damage during transport to making processes more efficient.
When I started at Ellos, everyone was very welcoming, and I immediately felt part of the company. Everyone says hi to each other and the company has a family feel. I've always had a technical interest and find maths and physics fun and stimulating.
I started in my current role in 2017, but have been with the company before, between 2004-2008. I guess that says everything about the company, when you choose to come back. In my role, I work broadly on developing our fashion and lingerie collections. Together with our design team, I set the seasonal trends and directions for Ellos' different product segments. I also have a strong focus on sustainability, our most important and biggest challenge going forward.
