The external audit of the accounts of Ellos Holding, including the administration by the Board of Directors and the executive group management, is conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards (Sw. god redovisningssed). The external auditors participate in at least one board meeting per year.
The auditor is appointed by the annual general meeting to serve until the end of the next annual general meeting. At the annual general meeting on 19 May 2026, the registered accounting firm EY was re-elected as Ellos Holding's auditor. The authorised public accountant Andreas Mast was re-appointed as auditor in charge.
