I joined Ellos Group in January 2018. The combination of the company's values, growth and the challenges of the role were key to my decision. Global sourcing is at group level, which means I work with all brands within the group, and with our suppliers. In my role, I travel a lot and work with suppliers on the ground, as the relationship with suppliers is super important to our business.
