As of 31 July 2026, the total number of shares and votes in Ellos Holding AB (publ) ("Ellos Group") amounts to 24,747,218 shares and 24,747,218 votes.
The number of shares and votes in Ellos Group has increased during the month of July as a result of the new issue of 5,000,000 shares carried out in connection with the offering and listing of Ellos Group’s shares on Nasdaq Stockholm on 8 July 2026.
As a result of the new issue, the total number of shares and the total number of votes in Ellos Group have each increased by 5,000,000, from 19,747,218 to 24,747,218.
